My laptop fell in a freak accident and would no longer charge or turn on. Rick was able to accurately diagnose the problem and replace the motherboard, making it as good as new and saving me at least 2/3 the cost of a new computer

Suddenly my computer stopped linking to my printer. No amount of rebooting or trying to reconnect on my part would solve the problem. Rick diagnosed the problem and had my computer printing quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful. He has a warm and cheerful spirit, which made the ordeal more bearable!
